How much does TOP 360 hire cost?
€200 per hour (excl. VAT) with a 3-hour minimum, so from €600. That includes an attendant, unlimited videos, music, a branded frame, videos via QR code and delivery within 35 km of Jēkabpils.
How much space does the TOP 360 need?
A flat area of at least 4 × 4 m and one 230 V socket. Setup takes up to 2 hours, so we arrive well before your guests.
How many videos can you film per hour?
We usually film around 25 group videos an hour. As up to 8 people fit in the shot, the TOP 360 films more guests in an evening than the classic 360 video booth.
Which events is the TOP 360 suited to?
The TOP 360 is the best choice for corporate parties, team events, festivals and town celebrations where the whole group wants to be in the video. At weddings it works well for group shots with parents and friends.
Is the TOP 360 suitable for children and seniors?
Yes. There’s no platform to climb, so it’s safe for all ages, including guests in wheelchairs and brides in long dresses.
Do you need an internet connection?
No, you don’t need to provide Wi-Fi. So guests get their video on their phone straight away via QR code, we bring our own internet: we use LMT mobile data. If you know LMT has no 4G+ coverage at your venue, mention it in the comment on your request and we’ll bring a Bite or Tele2 connection instead.
When will we receive all the videos?
Guests get their video on their phone after about a minute. We send all the videos to a private gallery within 5 working days, and the gallery stays available for 1 month.
Can the TOP 360 work in a marquee or outdoors?
Yes, in a marquee or under a shelter on level ground, as long as there’s 4 × 4 m of space. We don’t work in the open in rain or strong wind, so we agree the spot in advance.
How do we book the TOP 360 for a corporate event?
Send us your date, venue and number of guests. We reserve your date once a 30% deposit is paid by invoice, and you pay the balance after the event.
