In a written guest book, people usually just write “Wishing you a happy life together!”. On the phone they say so much more: they laugh, sing, tell stories and sometimes even shed a happy tear. After the wedding you get every recording as a separate file and, if you like, a montage set to music.
The phone works without internet or cables, so it can go anywhere: by the entrance, next to the photo booth or in a quieter corner. We bring it to your event or you can collect it yourself.

How much does audio guest book hire cost?
The retro phone costs €150 per event (excl. VAT), including two-day weddings. Together with a photo booth it costs just €50. The price includes recording your greeting, an instruction card for guests and every recording as a file.
Does the retro phone need a power supply?
No. The phone runs on a battery with no cables, so it can go anywhere: by the entrance, next to the photo booth or in a quieter corner. The battery lasts the whole weekend.
Will the message be audible if the music is loud?
Yes. The microphone is in the receiver, right by the guest’s mouth, so voices record clearly even at a party with a DJ. We suggest placing the phone a little away from the speakers.
How long can a message be?
Up to 3 minutes per recording. If a guest has more to say, they can simply pick up the receiver again.
How do we record our greeting?
Send us a voice message on WhatsApp or write us the text, and we’ll set it up on the phone. You can record the greeting guests hear when they pick up the receiver yourselves, or together with your children.
What format will the recordings be in, and when will we get them?
MP3 files via a download link within 2 working days. A montage with music (+€30) and an engraved wooden USB stick (+€25) are available as extras.
Can you send the phone by courier?
Yes, we can send the retro phone by courier or to an Omniva parcel locker anywhere in Latvia. It comes with instructions, and you can switch it on yourselves in a minute. In Jēkabpils you can also collect it yourselves.
Can other guests hear the message?
No, the sound only comes through the receiver, so guests can speak freely and personally.
How do we book the retro phone?
Send us your date and venue. We reserve your date once a 30% deposit is paid by invoice, and you pay the balance after the event. You can move the date free of charge if the phone is available on the new date.
