The host is usually the one person who never appears in any photos. Our event photographer works discreetly and captures the whole evening: arrivals, speeches, toasts, dancing and family group shots. Before the event we put together a list of the must-have shots with you.
You receive your edited photos in a private online gallery within 7 days, with the rights to print and share them. For businesses we can also prepare a quick selection for a press release or social media by the next morning.

Frequently asked questions
How much does an event photographer cost?
An event photographer costs €150 for the first hour and +€100 for each extra hour (excl. VAT), so 2 hours cost €250. The price includes the shoot, edited photos in a private gallery, the rights to print and share them, and travel within Jēkabpils. For other towns we add a fixed travel fee, for example Daugavpils €40.
How many photos will we get?
Around 50–80 edited photos for every hour of the event, depending on how much is going on. You receive only the best edited JPG photos, with no duplicates or closed eyes.
How soon will the photos be ready?
Within 7 days, in a private online gallery. If you need the photos sooner, for example for a press release, an express gallery within 48 hours costs €40.
Will we also receive the RAW files?
No, we only provide edited high-resolution JPG photos. They work well for both printing and social media.
Can we use the photos for advertising?
Yes. Companies can use the photos on their website, on social media and in advertising. The photographer may show a few photos in their portfolio, unless you object.
Do you cover the whole wedding day?
Yes, up to 12 hours. For full-day weddings we recommend combining the event photographer with the photo booth or mirror photo booth, so you have photos from both the coverage and the guests’ photo corner.
What do you photograph at a corporate event?
Speakers, the awards, the team, guests and details. For companies we can prepare a quick selection after the event for a press release or social media.
Can the shoot be extended on the spot?
Yes, if the event runs late, you can add an extra hour on the spot by letting the photographer know. The price is the same as in the calculator.
How do we book the photographer?
Send us your date, venue and the event schedule. We reserve your date once a 30% deposit is paid by invoice, and you pay the balance after the event.
