Telephone booth hire

It’s a white vintage telephone booth with the sign TELEPHONE and a retro phone inside. A guest steps in, closes the door, picks up the receiver, hears your greeting and records a message after the beep. You receive every recording after the event.

The telephone booth costs €350 per event (excl. VAT) for up to 2 days. The price includes the booth, the retro phone, recording your greeting, every recording as an MP3 file, set-up, take-down and delivery within 35 km of Jēkabpils.

The audio guest book is a retro phone on a table for €150. In the telephone booth, guests speak behind a closed door, so the messages are more personal, and the booth itself doubles as décor and a photo spot.

The price covers an event of up to 2 days. For a two-day wedding at a countryside farmstead, the booth stays with you for both days at no extra charge.

A level area of about 2 × 2 m and one 230 V socket for the booth’s light. The booth is about 2.4 m tall, so please check the ceiling height if the room is low.

We assemble the booth in up to 2 hours, so we arrive well before your guests. After the celebration we dismantle it and take it away ourselves, so there’s nothing for you to do.

1–2 people at a time, comfortably. That way each recording stays personal and clear, even when music is playing in the room.

Indoors always; outdoors only under a canopy or in a marquee, and in dry weather. We don’t set the booth up in the open in rain or strong wind.

MP3 files via a download link within 2 working days. A montage with music (+€30) and an engraved wooden USB stick (+€25) are available as extras. We never publish the recordings; they’re for you alone.

Send us your date and venue. We reserve your date once a 30% deposit is paid by invoice, and you pay the balance after the event. You can move the date free of charge if the booth is available on the new date.
